Stop juggling 4 different tools that were never built for your business. One portal. Estimate, contract, deposit, invoice, receipt — done from your phone in the field in under 3 minutes.
Most garage door companies are stitching together 4–5 tools that weren't built for them. Every job is a manual process.
Built specifically for garage door companies. Not a generic customer database. Not a template. Built around how your business actually operates.

Most estimate tools force you to send one estimate. If you want to give options you're sending three separate documents and explaining them verbally. This builder sends all three options in a single clean customer link. The customer picks the one they want, accepts it, and the contract fires automatically. You set a different deposit amount per option. You drag to reorder which shows first. You edit any line item price on the fly. No other platform does this in one link.
Every line item — door, motor, springs, add-ons, framing — has an edit button. Nothing locked. Adjust prices on the fly without rebuilding anything.
Discounts built in and calculated automatically. Enter a discount, the total updates instantly. No calculators, no math, no mistakes.
Customer accepts the estimate. The contract goes out for signature automatically. They sign, the deposit lands in your account, and you get a notification. Zero manual steps.
Every job from new lead to receipt-complete. Appointments, status tracking, notes, follow-ups — all in one screen from your phone.
Up to 4 doors per estimate with tabs. Copy Door 1 measurements to any door with one button. Built for jobs with multiple doors — no workaround needed.
Send professional invoices and receipts from the same portal. Full job history, automated where it makes sense, manual where it doesn't.
Built mobile-first. Build and send an estimate between jobs from your truck. No laptop required. No logging into 4 different platforms.
The crew wraps a job at 7pm and everyone heads home — but the customer already has their payment link. No "call the office tomorrow," no reading a card number over the phone, no waiting until morning. I built this because I lived the opposite: chasing the same payment the next day, the day after, the week after. Now the money comes in after hours on its own, and you get a notification the second it lands.

Most clients are running their portal within 2 weeks. We don't rush — we get it right.
30 minutes. We map out exactly how your business works and what the portal needs to do.
Custom code. Your branding. Your service types. Your workflow. Not a template — yours.
You run through it with real jobs, flag anything that needs adjusting. We iterate until it's right.
Live on your domain. We stay on — support, updates, and improvements as your business grows.
Other platforms make you pay for features you'll never use and still can't calculate a garage door quote correctly. This knows my measurements, my pricing tiers, my deposit logic — everything. It was built for my business, not adapted from some generic template.

When you build your system with us, you lock out your competition. We only work with one business per service type in each county — so the shop down the road can't buy the same portal, the same automation, the same edge. In your area, it's exclusively yours.
See if your county is still open →Every feature below is built, tested, and running live for real clients right now — nothing aspirational. Pick the level that fits, add on what you need.
Month-to-month. No lock-in. Your data is always yours. Still have questions?
Running an HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or other home service business? A lot of what makes this system work applies to any trade that sends estimates and collects deposits. Reach out — if we can make it work for you, we will.

Before this, I ran operations for a company — which really meant I was the human glue holding a dozen disconnected tools together. Most of our work lived in Salesforce, but contracts were split across two separate systems, and payments were spread over three or four platforms that all had to be updated by hand, every single time. Job tracking lived in one Excel sheet that then had to be re-entered somewhere else just to reach the crews. The installers' schedules lived in two different places — a OneDrive spreadsheet and a separate shared calendar — and both had to be updated by hand constantly, or a crew showed up to the wrong job. Half the company messaged in Google, the other half in Microsoft Teams, and nobody ever knew which one to check.
I worked twelve-hour days — not because the work was hard, but because nothing talked to anything else. Update one customer's info and you'd have to change it in five places or it'd be wrong somewhere. Hiring more people didn't fix it; it just meant more hands doing the same redundant data entry. That's when it clicked: the tools weren't the problem on their own — nobody had ever built one system that connected the way the business actually worked. So that's what I do now: one portal, shaped around how your business really runs, where updating one thing updates everything. If you're a contractor bouncing between an estimate app, a contract tool, a payment link, and a spreadsheet just to close a single job — I've been there. I built the thing I wish I'd had.
The word lagom is Swedish for "not too much, not too little — just right." That's the philosophy: no bloated software, no features you'll never use, no price that only makes sense at scale. Just the right system, built for your business, maintained by a real person.
Already using something? Good — we'll make it work with everything else.
